We have few offer workshop and accomodation packages or workshop only option that you can choose from.
Experience the art of traditional copper steam distilling in our hands-on workshop, available in either a 2-hour session or a full half day experience.
Join us for a professional and educational experience at our rose farm harvest and distillery. Details and a group discount option provided below.
Organically grown, hand-harvested, and steam-distilled without any chemicals in North East Victoria.
Learn extraction of rosewater & oil from Damask roses at Samaria Rose Farm. Rosewater used as skin refresher & perfume. Experience every stage - from picking buds to distillation & bottling. Enjoy delicious meals & stay in 2-bedroom cottage.

Copper distill workshops+Accomodation Package

Join us in a hands-on workshop to learn the steam distillation process and create your own batch of homemade rosewater (50ml value$35), You'll also get to take home some potpurri in a bag, and enjoy beverages and sweets.
Accomodation are 2 bedroom with kitchen and living in our farm property with 400 olive orchard view. More informations please refer our accomodation page.

Pro/Full workshops + Accomodation 1 night at farm cottage

Full Workshop schedule
6:30-7am start: (Day break): Pick Damask Rose buds in the rose plantation.*
8am: Load the still and start up distillation process
9am: Breakfast (fresh farm & local produce)on rose garden balcony area
10am: Farm tour / walk / copper steam distilling workshop
11am: Bottling & pack own rosewater and take home 1L rosewater( value $265).
11:30-12pm: Finish
* accommodation enquiries for the previous night. We have accommodation available at the farm, or if that's taken we can recommend alternatives.

Copper distill workshop / Full professional workshop

Copper $185 per person 2hours, extra person $150.

Workshop dates and availability
Workshops run from sometime November, depending on the season.
Rose harvest workshop will proceed in any weather conditions (rain/hail/sun).

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your attendance at our workshop. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy:
100% Refund: Cancellations made more than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event date will be eligible for a full refund of the fee( except card surcharge).
50% Refund: Cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) but more than 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled event date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes failure to attend without prior notification.

Accommodation Package Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your accommodation reservation. To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
50% Refund: Restriction cancellation fee for accomodation since you made booking. Cancellations will be eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation package cost.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. This includes failure to check-in without prior notification.
